Outdoors Therapy
Getting outside in the daylight is known to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, lift mood and more…
Noticing the small signs of the changing seasons is grounding and enables us to gain perspective.
I can work with you to agree a way of meeting for outside sessions that feels safe and comfortable. There is always the option to Zoom if the the weather is against us, or you just can’t face it.
Winter is a time to rest, restore and reflect. We all have to go through winters, both annual and in our lifetimes. Outdoor therapy can help us learn how to survive them, and offer us hope for what the next season might bring.
